Shalome is HUB’s Business Development Manager NSW, with over a decade of extensive experience in both design for manufacture of architectural products and Project Management encompassing complex and large-scale deployments of product installation within the construction industry.

Drawing from her background with a Bachelors in Industrial Design, Shalome is deeply committed to understanding the needs of users and client’s alike. Her love of form and function of exceptional design drives her to create collaborative and seamlessly executed projects.

Johnny is HUB’s Senior Industrial Designer, a key member of our design team at HUB. Since obtaining his degree in Industrial Design from UNSW in 2006, Johnny has had consultancy as well as in-house design work in Australia and Asia.

Fundamentally strong in every aspect of product design, Johnny is a confident designer who understands the importance of product development and innovation, as well as the commercial success of a product.

Nasim is HUB’s Business Development Support and works closely with Business Development Managers in growing our sales nationally. Since obtaining her degree in Industrial Design from UTS, Nasim has had experience working in furniture business, primarily managing 3D content online. She is passionate about product and good design that solves user needs. She enjoys collaborating with others to unpack complex problems. When she’s not thinking about next-best design idea Nasim loves being in nature, going on picnics, making music, arts and craft.

Ed is Director at HUB, responsible for delivery of HUB.NODE and Smartpole projects in Australasia. Ed has 13 years of experience working as an Engineer and a Project Manager. He has been working with the Group in Sydney for the past 7 years delivering noteworthy projects for Public Sector Clients. Starting his career in Ireland, Ed worked as a Structural Engineer before arriving in Sydney in 2010.

When Ed is not elbow-deep in project programs and excel he enjoys lounging around Bondi with his family, along with surfing with the masses. Rumour has it that he is a handy golfer, and given he is rarely in the office it all makes sense!

Adam is the General Manager Business & Market Development at HUB, with over 27 years advancing urban sustainability, community development and digital enablement with various global private and non-profit organisations.

When Adam’s not helping our industry advance the next generation of shared and connected urban infrastructure, he’s enjoying his days playing golf and going camping with his family.

James Peet is HUB’s General Manager Product Development. He has a wealth of experience across public and private sector organisations with an established track record in leadership and management of digital systems. James’s oversees HUB’s ecosystem of digital and physical products, that enable digital experiences within the public realm.

Jon is our Industrial Design Manager, with a degree in Industrial Design.

Jonny is king of managing the design process from concept through to mass production specification, as well as liasing with design teams, manufacturers and clients. Before joining HUB, Jon was the General Manager of industrial design consultancy KWA Design, and Director of H+H Consulting, a multi-disciplined design consultancy with Tourism NZ, David Jones and Louis Vuitton as key clients. Lucky for us at HUB, he remains dedicated to fashion.

Steven Goldsmith is HUB’s ICT Design Manager. Steven has over 30 years of experience in the IT, IoT and Infrastructure industry. Steven has successfully run various companies providing
IT and networking services to businesses including Telecommunications, Utilities and Defense. He works within the product design team to integrate the various IoT devices into the platform.

Sreekala Rallabhandi is HUB's Technical Documentation Coordinator, working closely with Product Development Managers to develop product frameworks. She is a mechanical engineer with a Master's in Professional Engineering and a diverse background in CAD design, 3D printing, architectural mouldings, and product specification engineering. With hands-on experience in designing, prototyping, and optimizing products, Sreekala combines strong technical and organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and a highly adaptive nature, delivering innovative and effective results. She is also passionate about project management and process optimization. Outside of HUB, Sreekala has a great love for music, reading, and exploring nature.

Adam is a Senior Industrial Designer in our team. Passionate about product design and enthusiastic about improving everything around him.

Adam values the strengths and skills of others in the team always looking for something new to learn.

Outside of work, Adam is active in his family and church communities. He loves to share his passion for board games with his friends and family.

Andrew is HUB’s Senior Industrial Designer. He recently moved to Sydney after living in London for 7 years where he worked in both the automotive manufacturing Industry and in the design of bespoke architectural installations.

Originally from New Zealand, he has an Industrial Design degree from Victoria University of Wellington, graduating in 2013.

In his free time he enjoys playing golf, all forms of exercise and building furniture for his home.

Gavin is the General Manager Product Delivery and is responsible for delivering furniture and shelter projects. His career started by completing a coveted dual skilled engineering apprenticeship for Black and Decker (UK), gaining hands on technical experience, knowledge in all aspects of Quality Management while achieving the qualifications in Mechatronics and a Honors bachelor degree in Manufacturing Systems Engineering. He transferred into the automotive industry for NSK manufacturing safety critical steering columns, successfully delivering Renault Laguna and Alfa Romeo Giulietta. He also has experience in oil and gas and mining industries, leading project management activity of complex projects, solely taking ownership of individual contracts, communicating project objectives and dealing with all commercial, technical and logistics challenges associated with the execution.

Richard is HUB’s Senior Graphic Designer and plays an important role in the Marketing and Communications team. Richard has had extensive experience working in the Media & Events industry and the video game industry, working in the crucial role of graphic integrator and operator at stadium events and expos. He’s also led a team in the TV production of multiple online programs in the video game live-streaming space. Richard is passionate and has a genuine love for all avenues of design.

Outside of creating art for HUB, Richard is an avid gamer, loves all things tattoos and hanging out with his three cats!

Matty is HUB’s Systems Administrator.  She has been working in HUB for more than 5 years and has gained an extensive knowledge of our M1 system.  She holds an Advanced Diploma in HR Management, Certificate of Accounts Administration and Certificate of Business Administration.
Matty enjoys listening to music and cooking.

Kaiju Liu is the Logistics Manager for HUB and joined the team in 2023 with a fervour for efficiency and a passion for supply chain efficiency. Kaiju has been working in logistics/supply chain industries for nearly 10 years. Kaiju always thrives on optimising processes to ensure the seamless flow of goods. He has a strong working knowledge in the logistics industry and is highly customer service driven. This allows HUB to provide clients with the best logistics and delivery experience.

Ramon Viana is HUB’s Product Manager for smart poles and smart hubs. Ramon holds a Mechanical Engineering degree and a diploma in Project Management. Prior to joining HUB, Ramon worked across different industries including construction, industrial water treatment and petroleum.
Ramon has strong understanding of the product management lifecycle from conceptualisation to commercialisation. His commitment to delivering cutting-edge solutions and his keen eye for detail has positioned him as a dynamic leader in the intersection of mechanical engineering and digital infrastructure.

John is an assembler at the warehouse at HUB. He is responsible for putting together the parts to build smart poles and works closely with the technicians and other assembly crew.
John is a fan of Marvel movies, building & assembling desktop computers and playing video games.
